-My art cannot be used for NFT / blockchains nor training material for AI art under any circumstances.
-Do not alter my art without notifying me prior.*

-Do not sell my personal art under any circumstances, commissioned art requires a fee before selling.
-Breaking these will cause you to be blacklisted from ordering future commissions-

-I can refuse a commission for whatever reason.
-I do not post commission art unless asked by the commissioner, but I might use them for my portfolio, please notify me if you request it to be private.
-At least 50% of the payment must be given when after sketch review to proceed, remaining payment has to be given before you're given the full resolution drawing.
-Edits can be done in sketch phase, however any big changes after I'm done will require a fee.
-My art is mainly for personal use, for commercial use an additional 150% one time fee must be given.
-Refunds will not be given back after the sketch is approved.
-Depending on how busy I get, it might take up to a month to finish a commission. I will notify you an estimate deadline of me finishing the commission.
